If I could give 0 starts I would Only been here about 3 months and it has been nothing but a headache When we moved in the apartment was very dirty and had weed in the drawers It was very clear they didnt clean the apartment before we moved in Nobody is ever in the office or returns phone calls The previous tenants broke our mailbox and we were told it was going to be fixed before we moved in as well as some other maintenance issues but nothing was ever done about any of these issues We have contacted the office maintenance and even the property owner and they either dont answer or keep pushing it off We have had to continuously drive to the post office due to us not having a mailbox The property has also not been well kept lately The dumpsters pile up and the grass was almost as tall as my 1 year old Very disappointed because I really thought this was going to be a good property The inside of the apartments look nice but I dont think the headache is worth it Definitely wont be renewing my lease after this experience more ... hide ...

This is an income based apartment complex that has 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments They have wood floor throughout no carpet They have nice appliances but no washerdryer hookup Water is included in rent though and they do have a place on site to do laundry
