I applied at this place in December of 2020 The office was closed to the public and they instructed me to put my application in the RENT drop box I did I called back In January and was told theyre working on it I called again in July the black lady said I never turned in an application and shell get back to me after she look through the application box Today 2021-11-02T16:01:49Z

We and my partner moved here with higher expectationsnnLets start with the positives since there are so few Firstly the apartment complex is arranged in a square shape kind of The parking area completes a full loop essentially The best part about this is that if you have a dog or like to go on short walks it is quite nice There are a lot of trees that block the sound from heatherdowns road Also a lot of the loop is covered by tree shade so in the summer it is not too badnnThats pretty much the only good thing oh and they have a cleanup maintnence guy that goes around and sweeps up glass and picks up trashnnNow to the cons that we have encountered thus farnnRude front officenImpropser planning by front office requiring you to remove your car to the other side of lotnnThey also scheduled pavement and roofing services for the same day so those that needed parking simply do not have it They will put multiple tow notices on your door and then cancel the time frames They did this for about two weeksnnWhen I voiced my concern I was greeted with hostility condescending tones and overall disapproval When in reality the lack of planning was solely their fault They placed notices on our door that roofing work would be done but never said anything about needing to move our carsnnThe guy comes to my door asks me once again if im going to move my car He then threatens to tow my car At the same time one of the roofers move their car out of the already limited parking So i then proceed to move my carnnAnyhow the whole parking thing is really convuluted and hard to explain but if youve lived here then you know what im talking about Essentially their poor planning becomes your responsibility If you dont comply they will threaten younnAnother negative carpet still smelled of dog urine from previous ownernlight bulbs were mostly all worn out had to replace all myselfnsmoke alarms are hard wired to each other and require weekly testing or it will beep constantly You have to remove the wiring to replace the batterynnPeople allow their dogs to poop all over Not everyone is held accountable for their dog waste People in the community can submit a written complaint without evidence and yoou will be given a 35 dollar fee not sure about the legality of thisnnAlso my partner submitted an official ESA letter for our cat and they are contesting it The letter was given to three different medical professionals that confirmed the letter was legit We are going to reach out to fair housing to see what we can do They have charged us for the cat the entirety of our stay herennpool has been closed for yearsnthe fitness center is also not open and has not been since covid startednnthey are now using the delta variant as of 8192021 to not allow tenants in the office Adding to the other complaints I have read and heard from other tenants that they refuse to address maintnence issues and are non responsivennOne day I was calling to see if I actually needed to move my car or not as they have consistently changed the ddates They did not answer my call nor return my polite voicemailnnIn conclusion for those who dont wanna read all thatnnChoose somewhere else only come here if you dont have another option Would give 0 stars if possible more ... hide ...
