Most of the staff are extremely rude and act as if they are too good to speak to you They allow their employee to treat their tenants anyway they choose They let their staff members talk to you like you are dumb but then expect you to want to work with them with your housing As a business their employees are not very professional When you call their number to talk to someone or get information they act like they are trying to rush you off the phone They very rarely answer the phone to begin with I would think when having a job of this nature its because you enjoy helping people who need it However these people who work here seem more annoyed than anything when it comes to actually helping someone I have never been treated so poorly by someone in a professional setting before more ... hide ...

While I dont live at Xenia Towers I drive by these apartments everyday going tofrom work There is always junk cluttered aroundold couches mattresses tables Who knows they may be great inside but if its anything like out I feel for the residents I wish the City would do something about it

I have lived at John Sales manor for almost one year Im very pleased with everything The manager Melissa Banks does a great job is on top of everything Any maintenance issues r taken care of immediately as any grievances The staff is always polite Its a great place for a senior to live They always have some kind of activity going on so theres plenty to do 2022-08-19T17:11:41Z
