I lived at the Meadows for 10 years and the management is usually good regarding repairs and maintenance issues Occasionally there was problems with the drains in the laundry room backing up and the apartment next to us flooded but they did the best they could to accommodate those who were affectednHowever There is little if any justification for the huge increase in rent in a relative short period of time and in the last few years the ceiling has become increasingly loudbetween the rent hikes the noise issues with the ceiling and our upstairs neighbors along with a constant fear of flooding my wife and I wanted to move to the top floor but the going rate was 740 while we paid 630 only because we have lived here for 10 yearsthey couldnt transfer our lease so in the end we got priced out The one positive aspect is that there is no section 8 which is why this community is relatively peacefulbut unfortunately over priced too The overall quality of life hasnt improved in proportion to the rent increasein the end the hikes in rent far surpassed the luxury of a swimming pool and the convenience of the location in proportion to the daily nuisances
