I wont even get started on most of the residents Ive encountered here but the staff here is rude refuses to return phone calls I had a threat of retaliation against me because they entered my apartment without the required 24 hour notice I sent a certified letter stating it was illegal and not to do it again Joanne from the office called after they received 2019-10-25T20:32:09Z
I wont even get started on most of the residents Ive encountered here but the staff here is rude refuses to return phone calls I had a threat of retaliation against me because they entered my apartment without the required 24 hour notice I sent a certified letter stating it was illegal and not to do it again Joanne from the office called after they received it and stated fine we just dont come anymore Thats retaliation folks also illegal for them to do I had all of my maintenance requests ignored since Oh then shortly after that they tried to raise my rent by more than double again without the required 30 day notice I spoke to Cherrie the office manager and told her you cant do that she said oh I know it just gets attention This place should be shut down Maybe slightly better than a cardboard box or a car to live in Grounds are dirty they dont impose their own rules on residents that are a problem Security will NOT return phone calls Steer clear Id give it negative stars if I could more ... hide ...

Exactly what such a close knit Community would be expected to appear as I am not long in the area but lawns and buildings appear safe pleasant to the eye and well maintained Residents I encountered seeking directions were quite helpful and friendly and I noticed nearby schools I suspect if I were rearing children this would be a strong consideration for me i 2022-10-27T22:09:33Z

The manager there named Susan its just a terrible terrible person she treats these people work their entire lives and I have no family left to take care of them like their children of course hes ever eaten and scared to say anything because theyre living paychecktopaycheck we all know Social Security does not cover much so if theyre to get kicked out or bein 2016-07-26T21:14:27Z
