Very poor service When we would call al we would get was a voice mail and vary rarely a return message My mother passed away and we called to give notice and no one would return my sons calls He even went down there during office hours but no one was ever available I had to leave before the first to take my mothers ashes to New York for burial I needed my so 2018-07-13T14:45:30Z
Very poor service When we would call al we would get was a voice mail and vary rarely a return message My mother passed away and we called to give notice and no one would return my sons calls He even went down there during office hours but no one was ever available I had to leave before the first to take my mothers ashes to New York for burial I needed my son to stay at my home an 1 12 hours away to take care of the house and animals We made sure the rent was paid before the first and since we didnt know how much the rent would be we had to figure it out There lease was up on the 14th and my son was a full time student and there rules are that full time students are not allowed to rent there by themselves We wrote on the check to please contact us if there was a difference in price since no one would return our calls The Apartment cashes our check I left for New York with my mothers ashes and my son stayed with my animals We thought everything was ok My son did not have a vehicle so when we arrange to go get his things on the 12th there is a note dated that day saying we owe more money No phone calls nothing I get a phone call from my son telling me this while Im still dealing with issues in Ny I Call first thing in the morning and guess what no answer at the apartment This is there way of trying to ruin peoples credit and keep their deposit Now I am even more stressed out trying to figure out how I can come up with more money for them when it took all I had just to bring my 87 year old mother home to bury Do not rent from these people more ... hide ...

Its great and all but you know what would be even better If Bryce would get someone in my apartment and fix the rest of my ceiling so I dont have a hole in my bathroom nor do I have a light in my kitchen not my fault upstair neighbors flooded my apartment but its not right for Bryce to have all these empty apartments fixed but wont fix the apartments of peop 2020-06-12T11:26:17Z

Very good housing for individual or even a family Very good smokefree healthy environment all the neighbors seem to be friendly upon one another but you do have to abide by the rules like any other place They do keep the maintenance up on the yard work as well as in your home

After making arrangements with the office to leave this apartment complex for March 2020 I returned February 19 2020 to assist my girlfriend with the move only for us to find the locks had been changed We contacted the office and were informed they trashed all of her belongings including a big screen 50 television her furniture and untold irreplaceable personal belonging that once belonged to her deceased father We were informed she did not renew her lease when she clearly did We were informed they had no record of her making arrangements to leave in March of 2020 when I personally was present that date for the conversation The office then placed the blame on her for not having a paper trail when it was in fact them who failed to do their job We attempted many times to contact Antelope Exclusive Management on this matter but all their contact inboxes are full and they refuse to answer the phone We will be seeking civil litigation in this matter Do not rent from these individuals nor any properties owned by Antelope Exclusive Management more ... hide ...
