There was standing water in my bathroom floor that smelt like sewage and I called the landlord she sent the maintenance man out and he cleaned it up and said there wasnt anything wrong and to call the office if it happened again About a week later I noticed my daughters closet was soaked All the stuff on the floor in her closet had to be thrown away because it got destroyed and had mold on it We left because it isnt safe to have a toddler shes 1 there and not to mention Im 9 months pregnant my c section is scheduled in 2 weeks the landlord told me that I can stay in the apartment but i would have to work around the fans they have laying out as an attempt to dry the carpet They told me they would replace the carpet in my daughters closet but it would take them a week or 2 before it got done I went back to the apartment on a Saturday to check on the place and see if they had made any progress and there were keys in my door which my neighbor told had been there all day door was unlocked but no other sign of progress in the apartment at all Its been a weekend now and nobody has been there to do anything about it If I could give this place a lower rating I would more ... hide ...

Living here at Nowata Gardens has been an amazing experience I have lived here for 4 years and have had many life changing experiences but I must say my favorite thing about living here is the fact that your family is almost immediately extended to include your neighbors The people who live here are very good at pulling together for one another Then there is 2014-11-04T22:55:00Z
Living here at Nowata Gardens has been an amazing experience I have lived here for 4 years and have had many life changing experiences but I must say my favorite thing about living here is the fact that your family is almost immediately extended to include your neighbors The people who live here are very good at pulling together for one another Then there is the biweekly Bingo games and monthly Potlucks The community room is an amazing room you can use for large family dinners or other parties like showers birthdays or anniversaries with no rental fee There are Sunday services without ever leaving the building I have loved the past 4 years being here Nowata Gardens more ... hide ...

I strongly recommend not moving in here There is never anyone in the leasing office no one ever answers the phone no matter how many times you call even if you leave a voicemail they dont call you back they ignore other apartment complexeslandlords phone calls and emails when contacted about their current tenants trying to move out They change the management 2020-10-28T20:57:58Z
I strongly recommend not moving in here There is never anyone in the leasing office no one ever answers the phone no matter how many times you call even if you leave a voicemail they dont call you back they ignore other apartment complexeslandlords phone calls and emails when contacted about their current tenants trying to move out They change the management about once every 46 weeks so nothing is ever correct You will get different answers for the same question so get it in writing Weeks went on and there was no manager at all The last person in office I spoke with kept cutting me off was lying for most of the phone call and ended up hanging up on me The pool was always closed and at the most random times Although they are nice looking apartments I regret moving into them and will not return once I am moved out Their 24 hour fitness facility is trash the treadmill doesnt work and its the size of a hallway more ... hide ...
