Good afternoonnnThere was a recent phone conversation that had taken place involving Terri Mueller I believe that the case worker is not helpful at all and is using a very threatening approach when interacting with a few of her clients A friend of mines is a single father with a two year old son they we just approved for Section 8 Housing Upon approval he had a job and was employed but unfortunately was released due to the management in the establishment feeling as though the employment verification were not for them to provide to the Norman Section 8 Housing Authority My friend was explaining this to Terri Mueller but she persisted making accusations of the client 1 trying to overtalk her 2 accusing of the client of lying about his employment with the company and 3 expressing extreme exhaustion from the client not cooperating and lying about your employment I had to submit this feedback because I am currently homeless in Norman OK and awaiting approval for Norman Section 8 Rental Assistance as well I had to request to not be paired with such an employee due to the amount unpleasant things she says to other clients during important phone interactions regarding such sensitive informationnnTheres a two year child involved in this situation it alarms me because Im currently homeless myself Are we all being handled with such inconsideration and endanger threatsnnIf someone could respond to this email confirming my concerned will be review that would be the kindest thing I encountered this farnnBe blessednnnShantel Faith AndersonnThe heart of man plans his way but the Lord establishes his steps Proverbs 169 more ... hide ...
