I moved from Salt Lake City to Oklahoma City with a HUD voucher The agency I was working with and Salt Lake City set my voucher to Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency I had no say in the matter It started off bad I talked to someone on the phone who gave me no information Said they would get a hold of me 2 weeks later I got a packet in the mail at my brothers house which I was not expecting Afteropening the packet I discovered several things One I had to fill out all the forms correctly and send it in on time otherwise I was not eligible Then it says you cannot bring the form in and you have to mail it in and pay for it There was a number to call for help but of course all I got was put on hold Now Im homeless and Im going to lose my voucher because ohfa doesnt care about anything except the government subsidies theyre getting

I am a home health nurse and have been helping my patient with housing He was selected for an apartment and only needed a disability form turned in I personally filled it out with him and mailed it I called several times to see if they received it I had to have another case worker tell me it wasnt received It guess it got lost in the mail Evidently the

I am a home health nurse and have been helping my patient with housing He was selected for an apartment and only needed a disability form turned in I personally filled it out with him and mailed it I called several times to see if they received it I had to have another case worker tell me it wasnt received It guess it got lost in the mail Evidently there is no way to get another form to fill out His case manager called back in a month even though her message said she would call within 2 business days Needless to say he lost the apartment in public housing The case manager is stone cold and very condescending My advice to anyone needing to turn in any paper forms is go to the Housing Authority building and drop it off in their drop box

I recently found out since Cindy ward fired several tentants and the maintenance That place has gotten worse and she avicted me for my husbands actions Plus she said that ort has no funds to pay tentants for their jobs after she hired them But yet she going around peoples apartments to see is the need new flooring So if she should do what she suppose to W
