Lived there a year and wouldnt recommend to anyone I was set to pay 500 for my cat for the pet deposit fee and paid half the first month and was told theyd charge me for the second half next month Never happened So months down the road I guess after they finally audited they sent me a text and told me I needed to pay the other half Never got charged that eit 2022-03-17T19:20:14Z
Lived there a year and wouldnt recommend to anyone I was set to pay 500 for my cat for the pet deposit fee and paid half the first month and was told theyd charge me for the second half next month Never happened So months down the road I guess after they finally audited they sent me a text and told me I needed to pay the other half Never got charged that either so they took part of my deposit when I went to move out because they forgot to charge it as if it that was my issue they didnt charge me in the first placennNot to mention being charged 1200 at move out for them to replace a carpet that wasnt even nice when I moved in I had one cat and spilled one Scentsy over come on now Thats not enough to replace an entire carpet and charge ME for it Especially when a minimum of 49 is quoted in your contract Might as well expect to pay well over hundreds for your carpet if you even step inside Im aware the apartments are under renovations but if you cant afford it dont renovate them And dont scam your tenants out of more money for itnnLets see there was mold growing on the vents There were dents squishy parts on the ground where you walked I put a request in for a new dishwasher when the piece of mine literally melted inside and they said they fixed it and all they did was remove the plastic and it didnt wash anything after I had to use a pony tail to keep the laundry doors closed because the doors didnt work The laundry machines and dryers barely worked Theyre doing construction next door that literally shook things off my wall so expect for rent to skyrocket too when the new luxury apts open up when development is finished there I had to have att come out because my internet wasnt working and its because a switch was painted over and before it was painted over the wires werent even connectednnOverall not much good to bring to light Definitely would not recommend more ... hide ...

Absolutely the worst management company to deal with Ive put in several work orders trying to get my stove fixed and smoke detectors installed since may 27th The toilet has been broke for weeks the hot water only works part of the time the cockroach infestation is extremely high and disgusting The people living in the building next to mine are drug dealing a 2022-09-07T14:30:21Z

I lived there for 4 years they were okay at first but the longer I stayed the more problems I had When I first moved in the first month I had caught 7 mice after that it was fine up until this last year I caught five andd right before I moved out caught 7 more My apartment was infested with roaches they sent terminix to spray but the man told me the chemicals they pay for are to just bring The roaches out to find there nest and in order to get the apartment fully treated the manager would have to pay for it but they wouldnt so I had to bomb the whole who time I stayed there I never had bed bugs up until they started cleaning the unit above me to get ready to move people in the here the bed bugs came They never treated it I constantly had leaks that they just covered up and never fixed even after section 8 told them to the just covered the leaks which caused mold which eventually messed up my whole master bedroom bathroom All and all Nadia is sweet but the works that her workers do is not good They just rig everything thing and I have videos and photos to prove it more ... hide ...
