These are the worst apartments I have ever been in my partner has lived here for 2 years No property manager can never get anyone to answer the phone they refuse to give the owner info out to contact them when they arent doing theirs jobs roofs are caving in due to them not fixing the bathrooms holes in everything since she moved in and was promised to fix them and never did the second bathroom was never working they stated that all files got cleared out so they refuse to give deposits back because they have no records marked my partner as vacant when she went on vacation even though they were still getting paid monthly by her section 8 This place is gross and falling apart theres roaches and when she first moved in was bedbug problems and it took them 6 months to even try getting rid of them and the stairs are falling apart they always have some reason as to why they can never fix anything and like I said for the last 10 Months you cant get ahold of ANYONE AT ALL I recorded every voicemail she left them about all issues and when made aware of that they blocked the number They never turned in a new lease nor did she get an eviction notice almost everyone has moved out in the last year due to this place not being able to take care of their business more ... hide ...

Im giving it two stars instead of one only because it wasnt so bad here with previous management Apartments are decent enough there are bugs though Reaching anyone in the leasing office seems impossible There is never anyone there and they dont return phone calls I began contacting management in October because the heat will not work on my window unit not to 2021-12-20T15:20:48Z

Applied for an apartment in the beginning of august and payed all the fees and no one there even bothered to look into it for a month Called again in September to see if they finally were able to find out anything and application was approved and no one there even bothered to notify me I had to call multiple times for them just to tell me theyll call me back which they never did I finally get fed up since its ridiculous that Ive been trying to move into this place and no one would acknowledge my application and give me any info so I try to get my 100 back Well since its been a month since I was approved Im not able to get a refund because I waited too long after being approved when NO ONE EVEN CALLED OR NOTIFIED ME TO TELL ME I WAS APPROVED IN THE FIRST PLACE I filled out the app paid them and they never even bothered to look at it or anything unless I called The staff here is super incompetent and Im out 150 but maybe its a blessing is disguise after seeing all the reviews I dont think I want to stay here anyways Dont even bother trying to apply here theyll just ignore it and take your money more ... hide ...
