Dont walk RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE If I could give negative stars I would The management is completely irrational and incompetent The lazy chain smoking lying woman manager who tries to intimidate everyone to do her bidding Barking orders unprofessional Never again There are too many places in Stillwater to choose from to treat people like garbage So were low income why make a big deal about it and rub it in and pour salt in our wounds We have pride and dignity we dont deserve to be talked to like dogs just because we dont make a lot of money So disrespectful The owners of this property need to replace the management ASAP This is a giant liability waiting to happen for them Discrimination on so many levels And the treatment of the developmentally delayed people name calling soooo rude I am telling everyone I know not to even consider this place I only hope I can save enough money to move out and keep all the bedbugs from the neighbors on their side of the wall I hope this helps the reader and saves them a lot of trouble down the roadnn I doubt that RICH YOUNG and SIERRA DAWN are legit residents at Chapel Ridge Undoubtedly they are employees and very likely the exact people I am referring to that are so terrible Trying to do some damage control to keep their jobs Not fooling anyone here more ... hide ...

Since I have been here just over 1 year they have done nothing but lie When I signed my initial lease I was told that they know there are some hard times and if you have to pay off 1 month they understand That was in April In July I came up short but gave them 50 and told them I would pay the rest off with the other months rent They replied with a 3 day 2015-06-09T16:13:30Z
Since I have been here just over 1 year they have done nothing but lie When I signed my initial lease I was told that they know there are some hard times and if you have to pay off 1 month they understand That was in April In July I came up short but gave them 50 and told them I would pay the rest off with the other months rent They replied with a 3 day eviction notice More recently I noticed the 2 bedroom across from me was opening up so I called them about it They told me it was far from being ready A week later they showed that apartment and the next day I heard them say they think they have it rented out Now because I am moving and have to break my lease they told me I wont get my deposit back and they are charging 500 I wont be able to clean because they want me to turn in my keys on the day I move so they are going to end up charging me for cleaning and they told me since I was moving I wasnt probably going to be paying rent this month but just told me I have to pay rent from the 1st until the day I move out I would NOT recommend living here more ... hide ...
