Decent facility but the current manager of the facility is completely unresponsive during an emergency situation Replace that individual with someone with an iota of concern for the tenants and my review will be subject to change

I love living here The newest management is great She really gets to know you and is very helpful and getting problems taking care of I really love the remodel that happened and there are No longer potheads and crack dealers around Give this place another look now

My parents live here and have lived here for a few years Things are greatly improved since the new manager has taken over to Sam Smith which is a fake name as no one named that lives there your statement is false No one is being evicted unless theyve broken the lease rules The Vintage is owned by FPI they follow all rules and regulations The problem is you have a handful of nasty people who live here and are upset cause they cant park in a fire zone or handicapped spot without the proper Oregon DMV permit The manager will tow cars away who are illegally parked as any good property manager should If you violate the lease you will be evicted If you dont like it move I promise you there are places in Bend you can go rent who are 10 times more strict This is an independent living apartment not a nursing home or lock down facility If you have to hide behind a fake name and write bad reviews maybe you need to get a life more ... hide ...
