Not well kept and unsanitary place Hallways smell multiple drug users go in and out of the building Elevators and washerdryers are constantly broken They are evicting a 91 year old woman who lived there for 17 years In the 17 years there havent been any repairs or updates to unit or building

Property manager is great our apartment is very nice Tile floors make for easy cleaning and when we first moved in everything was so clean and you could barely tell anyone lived there previouslynnProperty is very well kept ad the rules are reasonable the neighbors are nice and everyone respects the shared spaces I love it here

Just so no one else wastes their time coming all the way out to Gresham like I did Im gonna list all the bus routes and how far you have to walk to get to themnn2 3 milesn21 3 milesn82 3 miles these three stops are not in the same placenBlue line Max 4 milesn9 8 milesnnSo theres literally not a single mode of transport within a quarter mile All the bus stops look super close when youre looking at the map but theres no access to Eastman parkway from the complex so you have to walk to division down their sketchy driveway that has no sidewalk kind of a blind corner where cars coming out cant see you coming up and two dinky little streetlights that I cant imagine are very bright so its not very safe Kind of ironic that theyre a disabled complex with so little bus access Also it seemed like a lot of their units were on the upper flooronly accessible by stairs Another thing that doesnt make much sense for me as a complex for disabled and elderly folksnnThe complex seemed well maintained from the outside and would probably be fine for someone who has a car or can walk the distance to the bus stop but I just wanted to provide the information I wish I had before spending an hour and a half on the bus more ... hide ...

Transients going through the trash here seems to be regular occurrence This complexs trash setup could benefit from a locking trash compactor or similar locking trash device to detract the homeless from trespassing on the property and going through the trash and recyclingnnThat being said seems like the grounds are kept in good order otherwise
