Washington County housing authority owns the house next door and after last tenants moved out they had Beaverton plumbing out doingstarting work Cut out a chunk of sidewalk piled dirt up in our yard and then one day they just never came back to finish This has been left since end of LAST summerearly fall From what my husband gathered from current tenants
