I believe that if you are below poverty andor have a large family Northeast Oregon Housing Authority help so much with rent Being honest with then goes a long way They can find things out of something isnt right When I first took the voucher class this past April I am betting my bottom dollar they checked everything out Just be honest is all I am suggesting

Very nice clean apartments The 3 bedrooms are pretty nice for low income apartments Some of the best Ive seen in la grande

Clean somewhat quiet But Managers Brad and Charlene are unfair manipulative and unapologetic in their actions I believe they need more training on how to treat tenants
