This is regarding the woman Elena in the office She is horrible She treats me terribly usually every time I see her And I am not the only person with whom she behaves this way towards I must have my rent reevaluated every year and every year she makes me feel as if I am worthless and negligent in turning in all the needed paperwork into the housing authority

This is regarding the woman Elena in the office She is horrible She treats me terribly usually every time I see her And I am not the only person with whom she behaves this way towards I must have my rent reevaluated every year and every year she makes me feel as if I am worthless and negligent in turning in all the needed paperwork into the housing authority and its A LOT of paperwork I am disabled and I have no car so its very difficult for me to run around everywhere collecting paperwork from medical offices and pharmacies NO ONE should be treated the way she has treated me

Wife lived there for 3years 10months It was her her daughter who was 10months old upon moving in when they moved in the flooring in the dining room bathroom hadnt been replaced which she was fine with because she had a kid there was still spray paint left on part of the doors from previous tenants the door was horribly crooked that rain would come in from

Wife lived there for 3years 10months It was her her daughter who was 10months old upon moving in when they moved in the flooring in the dining room bathroom hadnt been replaced which she was fine with because she had a kid there was still spray paint left on part of the doors from previous tenants the door was horribly crooked that rain would come in from the gaps sunlight on nice days carpet had been improperly installed which lead to our daughter and my wife regularly getting gashes acrossed their feet from nails that would pop out of the carpet if you stepped in certain spots She would put in requests but never had any work actually done when her I got into a relationship and I would come over when not at work they would jump her butt about having company We wound up moving out because the unit was just too small for our growing family and we had become tired of almost 4yrs of poor servicetreatment having our vehicle broken into and the manager literally turning her back as if nothing happened and refusing to communicate with the police when they were asking questions about the complex About 30days after moving out my wife called to check about the deposit since we priced out the cost to take care of the small things our kids had done and the total to take care of those minor things was 180 and the deposit was over 300 She was told that she wasnt getting it back and everything was squared away now 8 months later we get a call from a debt collector saying that we owe the apartments 1300 We have tried calling the apartments multiple times since and NO ONE returns a call and no one answers the phonenMy wife always tells people that these apartments are good if youre needing something for 1year maybe 2yrs so you can work on getting on your feet or while youre in college but to actually have a family and expect to survive then dont expect this complex to give a crud since they dont care how polite you are if you put in requests and ask when things will be fixed so expect them to do their job then you end up being on their list of someone they will try to find any little thing they can to try to get you out All they want is a easy paycheck without doing any work to earn it
