I lived here in the early 2000s I was forced to move because of visitors refusing to leave AFTER I asked them to I had even informed them they could only stay for 2 weeks In order to stop the eviction I turned in my move out noticennI find it hard to believe that these apartments went from one of the best places to live to one of the worstnnWhen I lived there it was well cared for My apartment was 5th floor in the building closest to the Broadway Bridge My balcony faced the key card operated gate There was no washerdryer in the unit There was a dishwasher There was a laundry room in the building You couldnt leave your laundry or someone would steal your clothesnnGSL still managed the Yards when I lived there The staff were borderline rude I was accused of not paying my rent one month Thank God I had TWO receipts to prove that I did It turned out to be an error on the accountants part I wouldve stayed there because I really did like living there But I think the management handled my situation in a very poor manner They shouldve worked with me instead of against mennThats why I only gave two stars I ended up homeless for 2 years because of itnnFYI The Yards at Union Station runs from the Broadway Bridge to the Naito Pkwy railroad crossing Its all one complex I lived there long enough to know this as they were just starting to break ground for building the newest addition The leasing office for the whole thing is at 941 N W Naito Pkwy more ... hide ...

One of the worst experiences I have had in a complex Our washer and drier were absolute garbage and broke within a couple months They gave us a replacement that looked like it can from a junk yard and barely works It constantly sounds like a screeching car Our dishwasher should not even be here as I have to rewash everything after I run it The insulation between floor 4 and 5 does not exist so be ready to have no peace or be able to sleep because it sounds like elephants are above you The elevators are always broken and one has currently been broken for about 3 months Be ready to wait about 5 minutes for your elevator in the morning The doors are also constantly broken so do not be surprised if you fob does not work to open them at times Lastly they nickel and dime you moving out rent and parking Set aside about 1000 to cover yourself for move out and parking They will not work with you and do not take anyones situation into consideration They charge premium rent and parking for what Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere There are better options more ... hide ...

My mothers health took a turn for the worse in February of this year Lifesaving surgery was able to save us some grief but it was St Anthonys here in Portland that has restored her independence dignity and my peace of mind Highly recommend this staff and this facility Thank you Elan and all the team

I just moved into the brand new Yamhill Firs Apartments which is right next door to this ghetto Since I moved in at the beginning of March 2018 Ive seen 2 incidents involving police One of which there were at least 20 cops with rifles walking into the complex right passed my patio Also there are tons of screaming kids running amuck until the late evening hou 2018-04-22T02:53:51Z
I just moved into the brand new Yamhill Firs Apartments which is right next door to this ghetto Since I moved in at the beginning of March 2018 Ive seen 2 incidents involving police One of which there were at least 20 cops with rifles walking into the complex right passed my patio Also there are tons of screaming kids running amuck until the late evening hours Not to mention trash from the ghetto residents blows over to our property constantly The biggest headache though is the community center in the complex which is directly behind our bottom floor apt They have parties there every Saturday from 4pm until at least 11pm The doors are wide open and the mariachi music blasts right to our windows Really sad we cant enjoy a nice quite Saturday in our nice complex cuz these people gotta party Take it to a nonresidential area please more ... hide ...
