Stayed for my 1 year lease then moved out They sent me 1000 invoice saying I trashed the apartment They claimed it took 100 to remove trash I have pictures of the entire apartment there was no trash left behind then they claimed a 200 cleanup fee weird how removing trash doesnt fall under cleaning the apartment Then they claimed a 300 carpet dmg fee I carp

The community garden has been beautifully maintained in that all the flowers and herbs and veggies have been growing really well For a Home Forward community it has less drama crime or transient issues compared to most of Portlands low income housing I really wish more if these newer low income places going up would offer community garden spots No tree canop

Nicely appointed hotel Room was clean bed was comfortable had a mini fridge and a good size closet with real hangars The gym isnt enormous but bigger than others Ive encountered and really nice theyve got a couple peleton bikes nice treadmills a resistance machine and free weights Theres also a little arcade with free play pinball around the corner Staff is
