Now a updated version we have had elevator problems for over 25 weeks now I am disabled like many here Just fixed the elevator a couple days now an it is now broken again It is ridiculous to have to be inside with no way to go shopping social or other needs I cannot believe the management has little care for so many people confined to their apartments Sever

Unfortunately these apartments have been poorly overseen by manager Teddy Von Burg She has deliberately and continuously ignored complaints that have imposed safety concerns for the community Multiple broken pieces of old furniture flea infested rugs broken glass were thrown throughout the property making it a tripping hazard to the entrance to my apartment

Unfortunately these apartments have been poorly overseen by manager Teddy Von Burg She has deliberately and continuously ignored complaints that have imposed safety concerns for the community Multiple broken pieces of old furniture flea infested rugs broken glass were thrown throughout the property making it a tripping hazard to the entrance to my apartment for 5 days by her favored resident James Bastian Im very much looking forward for the courts to reopen to pursue an adequate response to endless unresolved issues within this property Meanwhile I will continue to document these incidents and take pictures

Ive lived here 5 years and this place has went down hill since the new management took over Guardian management at least tried to arrange some fun things for our apartment community Affinity management is cheap and they will let anyone move into these apartments They are raising the rent in August but wont do a thing for you There is herds of kids with very little supervision No play equipment to keep these kids busy Maintenance is VERY slow They dont clean the laundry rooms regularly The dumpster areas are filthy and attracting rats They are cheap with their repairs Ive been told they are charging for certain repairs now Thats only going to make people not report issues and further deteriorate this run down place The kitchen cabinets are metal with tons of coats of paint The mailboxes have repeatedly been broken into The cash machine was stolen out of the wall for loading your laundry card last year This area is becoming high theft Police patrol this area a lot so that tells you something BIG THUMBS DOWN Im saving money to get the hell out of here and buy a house STAY AWAY
