I love this old building its on the national historical registry list it is over 100 years old and it started his life as three separate buildings Reached by the building several years ago and they updated it to the for the earthquake codes but they wasnt able to touch the outside of the building so its all the original brickwork and unfortunately with since

I love this old building its on the national historical registry list it is over 100 years old and it started his life as three separate buildings Reached by the building several years ago and they updated it to the for the earthquake codes but they wasnt able to touch the outside of the building so its all the original brickwork and unfortunately with since its on the national historic registry list they wasnt able to update the windows that face the outside of the building so theyre drafting but its still a beautiful building There is a total of four floors one of them being a basement that has five units Our building Has wonderful floor plans has one bedroom in studio apartments We also have an elevator there is laundry facilities on site theres a community room there is also a computer room here and it courtyard of that is the smoking section in the basement which is all open air Before covid19 we had community dinners at least once a month arts and crafts that was led by some of the residents here and a few other community orientated things Theres a cleaning crew that comes through I think at least once a week and vacuums the community areas and cleans up the community areas of the building We are in the goose hollow neighborhood near Providence Park in stadium place Fred Meyers were not very far from The Pearl in 23rd avenue theres a lot of interesting things around thats within walking distance and its pretty quiet here for the most part he gets a little noisy during the summer with the timbers quit playing but must be expected usually by 1000 its pretty mellowed out we have a miniature golf place in a parking lot behind our building its one of those summertime pop up coming back this summer
