Perhaps some other residents have had a different experience however I have had nothing other than good solid service from all staff in this building They send up a bag of treats on Halloween a Thanksgiving meal a little gift over the holidays just seem to really care about our emotional health as well as physical health I have lived in a few HUD propertie

Perhaps some other residents have had a different experience however I have had nothing other than good solid service from all staff in this building They send up a bag of treats on Halloween a Thanksgiving meal a little gift over the holidays just seem to really care about our emotional health as well as physical health I have lived in a few HUD properties so I have some experience in dealing with serious neglect and indifference Or I could be more independent than most and am not especially demanding Love my apartment and the view from the balcony Nothing is perfect but I am well satisfied with my residence

I wouldnt live here voluntarily Management is the worst Not enough washers and dryers I have lived here for 3 years I have had stuff stolen out of the laundry room been threatened in the laundry room some one used one of the washers as a toiletnSince December of 2016 there has been a shooting and an assault on site Guardian does not care about their tenants
