I wouldnt live here voluntarily Management is the worst Not enough washers and dryers I have lived here for 3 years I have had stuff stolen out of the laundry room been threatened in the laundry room some one used one of the washers as a toiletnSince December of 2016 there has been a shooting and an assault on site Guardian does not care about their tenants 2017-03-08T14:41:28Z

Great place if you dont mind your kids getting bullied or dont mind all the crackheads screaming at you because your kids are on the community grass Managers dont help you and side with the bullies
