Pretty good place to live Rent is reasonable if you live in the Alcohol and Drug Free Community The ADFC theres not really a recovery program but rather a clean and sober living environment Currently about 390 but soon to be raised by about 30 to 40 It is conveniently located in an area where you can find most of the TriMet buses at stops within just a few blocks in either direction on 5th and 6th Avenue Also all 5 Max lines are no more than 3 blocks South on 5th and 6th Avenue Fair Market housing prices are a little pricey for a place where you have to walk down the hall to the restroom and showers About 570 or so I believe The shared restrooms for the price we pay are really my main complaint Other than that it is not a bad place to live There was a question asked about parking nearby the answer is street parking is very very limited but there are garages within a few blocks two garages just across the intersection of 4th Avenue one on the left one on the right and then two more garages West of this address on Alder and a few more within a couple or three blocks

This is a nice place I have been here many times visiting my close friend of many years who is a resident and also on call worker The place is modern clean and well kept Managed very well imo Especially despite the area outside directly and about with homeless and all their trash and trashy behavior I knocked off one star because of all the stories I heard a

This is a nice place I have been here many times visiting my close friend of many years who is a resident and also on call worker The place is modern clean and well kept Managed very well imo Especially despite the area outside directly and about with homeless and all their trash and trashy behavior I knocked off one star because of all the stories I heard about residents who did drugs and alcohol etc in excess and flooded their apartment with water and of course damage below to other residents And other crazy stories BUT despite all that I can honestly say this place is really well run its just the few rotten apples that get in there
