I have live here for One whole year and love it The public bus that goes through downtown and other places area the Harrisburg Pa comes to my front door every 2 hours so easy to get around and do your own thing each day The people are real nice and the apartments are just good size for an single person like me

A very bad company And the care is lousy What drives the Alva down a bit is that the apartments are brand new But before any problems they take weeks to come

Not impressed with the people working at this community Called in twice to schedule a time to discuss availability and what might be coming available Told me that they are so full that there is no point in talking with me I will not be renting here even if it is the last available since they are rude to even prospects
