Very sad perhaps pathetic is a better wordThe nicest place in the area trust me the standard is unbelievably low Customer service was prompt and helpful until the ink drys Once the contact is complete you can kiss any legitimate care or concern for you or your dwelling goodbye Be aware YOU will have to clean your own apartment prior to moving in And inspect

Very sad perhaps pathetic is a better wordThe nicest place in the area trust me the standard is unbelievably low Customer service was prompt and helpful until the ink drys Once the contact is complete you can kiss any legitimate care or concern for you or your dwelling goodbye Be aware YOU will have to clean your own apartment prior to moving in And inspect everything thoroughly this pig wears lipstick I promise you are better off making any needed repairs yourself or watch the months roll by with zero action from a maintenance staff I would imagine most of the tenants realize too late they are actually hostages in their own homes Nothing about the pool is resort style so dont buy it The gym might as well be gutted and turned into a bar it would serve a better purpose The sauna I dont think was ever functional Recycling is offered yet non existent and the landfill of a trash compactor is regularly overflowing with refuse No not a single staff member will do any thing about it I feel bad for the property owner great investment run by employees who clearly have not met their potential in life might be too late My recommendation scorched earth the staff andor the management partner if you have any desire to maintain what quality is left in the property Truly shameful
