I have lived at Saint James Manor apartments for the last two years and I must say I couldnt be more happy with the building and its tenants When there are issues within The apartments maintenance personnel Joe and Nick plus the other team members are there quickly to resolve them The grounds are wellkept I really do miss the old manager here Robin she was t 2021-01-07T22:25:49Z

I am beyond disgusted with the weatherization program I applied for this program either in 2017 or 2018 Its been so long that I dont remember I filled out the ridiculously long application and went to great lengths to get all the documentation that said was necessary I turned my application in when it was still located at GECAC on West 9th St in Erie Ive spo 2022-10-07T18:57:34Z
I am beyond disgusted with the weatherization program I applied for this program either in 2017 or 2018 Its been so long that I dont remember I filled out the ridiculously long application and went to great lengths to get all the documentation that said was necessary I turned my application in when it was still located at GECAC on West 9th St in Erie Ive spoken to so many different program coordinators program managers etc All whom when in Erie told me that I was on the waiting list to actually get weatherization work doneNOT waiting list for application On one of my many phone calls I was informed that they moved to Corry PA So I called them and the lady I spoke to at that time told me that things were quite the disaster with this agency due to previous managers etc and that a lot of the applications from the GECAC building never made it to the Corry office basically telling me that whoever handled this before was not doing their job She did however find my name either in computer or some other filing system but not the application itself where did all my private information go all my financial info soc security numbers of me n all those who live with me She apologized and told me that not to worry that I would not need to fill out another app and that at that time I was 100 something to receive services this was approximately 8mos ago Fast fwd to today Oct 7 2022 I receive a flyerletter from them stating that the weatherization program is once again open for APPLICATIONS for Erie City residents and that I was on a waiting list for an APPLICATION n if Im still interested to fill out the bottom of this paper and send it in and they will send me an application UM NO I ALREADY DID THIS NUMEROUS YEARS AGO I WAS ON WAITING LIST FOR SERVICES TO BE DONE NOT FOR APPLICATION I CALLED THIS OFFICE TODAY AND THEY ARE ALREADY CLOSED BUT LEFT MSG FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BEVERLY WEAVER TO CONTACT ME LETS SEE IF SHE WILLI HAVE NEVER MET AN AGENCY SO DISORGANIZED AND INCOMPETENT AND WAITING LIST OF 5 YEARS more ... hide ...
