Decent until new management ruined the place Inconsiderate to toxic black mold growth in our unit mice and bug infestations Wouldnt let us break our lease for two months and only offered us another unit that also had mold and rat droppings this is after it was cleaned The regional manager wouldnt answer calls and only emailed once in the morning and once 5 minutes before leaving the office Very sketchy and sneaky in covering up serious issues Lied to us about all the other apartments having mold and mice and tried to convince us it was just mildew and nothing was deteriorating our health We became very sick and had to move back home Only after getting a city council chairman involved and many weeks of ignoring our concerns without a single apology did they finally let us break our leases Prices have risen and its not worth it at all Do not recommend living here even though its cheaper than other places in the Temple area strongly advise you not to live here Ty was recently hired as we were leaving he is the only manager that is amazing and genuinely felt like he cared about accommodating us big thanks to him
