When originally moving into the Breeze building I was extremely excited with the promise of moving into a luxury type community I was quickly proven wrong with loosing hot water for three weeks failure for the elevator to work and the lack of overall cleanliness After informing maintenance of our issues they were extremely annoyed with the fact that we neede
