We did some work for this establishment and they spare no expense in the upkeep of their property Some of the tenants were kind enough to bring us coffee and lunch while we worked The appreciation from the residents was real Great company establishment and wonderful residents Highly recommended

Lovely building manager who takes time to discuss various options for senior housing and types of apartments Light and Bright Pleasant place wellcared for by management and tenants I was really impressed by the quality of the building manager and her pleasant and patient dispositionnot very common among apartment housing management Remember this is only for 2018-10-21T05:14:23Z

When Altman owned it it was terrible I lived here for 5 years because I needed the assistance as a single mom Soon as I was comfortable and able to move I ran outa there Maintenance never fixed anything the hallways looked like you were walking into a prison And everytime it rained my ceiling leaked They did NOTHING Told me the building needed a new roof so 2021-12-24T16:21:31Z
