I lived with my daughter and needed a place desperately I contacted HUD they gave me a listing that included this place I was told by the ingerman group that they had no waiting list and had two bedrooms available I went in and the manager Tina said that the ingerman group did not know what they were talking about and that they had on 3 and 4 bedrooms So I called back the ingerman group back and they told me to speak with Nery the manager of both sites When spoke with her and explained my situation she assured me at that time that there was no problem and had me fill out paperwork and she ran my credit on the 29th of March she even told me where the apartment would be located I stopped my search and told my daughter I would be moving out BECAUSE NERY SAID ONCE THEY GET THE PAPERWORK IT GOES QUICKLY On the 11th I checked my mail to decover a letter that was dated the 4th when I got it on the 11th or the 12th and it only gave me 14 days to appeal But since TINA put the date as the 4th and sent it out latewhich I assume is because I went over her head I couldnt appeal and I am now homeless They have all my paperwork6mths bank statements our social security numbers etc For nothing This place is unorganized and unprofessional I will be filing a formal complaint PLUS THEY ARE TRYING TO PUT COLLEGE STUDENTS IN THERE more ... hide ...

I havent been here a complete year and we are on our 3rd management team The walls are so thin your neighbors are your roommates My apartment smells like a sewerage 3 days out of a week usually from fri mon because apparently the pipes are sensitive and get clogged up easily I dont think they feel that this property is worthy of investing any money in so a 2019-01-03T01:10:11Z
I havent been here a complete year and we are on our 3rd management team The walls are so thin your neighbors are your roommates My apartment smells like a sewerage 3 days out of a week usually from fri mon because apparently the pipes are sensitive and get clogged up easily I dont think they feel that this property is worthy of investing any money in so a lot of the repairs are bandaged Temporary fixes are less expensive then permanent fixes so as it seems I signed my lease in March and by November renewal was required so I re did the lengthy paperwork but today I received an eviction notice for failure to Re certify Paper work gets lost in transition with the constant changes in management I didnt think I would be looking to move in less then 2 years let alone in 9 months Part of the amenities offered is a 4 washer 4 dryer laundromat but 7 months later the locks were changed and access has been taken away only if youre lucky enough to catch someone in the office who is willing to stay there while you complete your laundrynNeedless to say I didnt plan on moving with 3 kids so soon but asking permission to enter your residence coming home from work with my children to a bunch of teens smoking weed werent in my plans eithernPS I was shown 1 apartment but I ended up with another and some of amenities they offer are false advertisement 1There isnt any central AC and 2 the laundromat isnt really availablenVery disheartening to be treated like you dont pay rent and youre a bothernnUPDATEnPROPERTY WAS PURCHASED BY ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DONT BELIEVE MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE HIRED THE GARBAGE IS OVERWHELMING TO SAY THE LEAST WILL TRY POSTING PICTURESn more ... hide ...

Im getting several unreasonable complaints by the neighbor below my apartment about noise Ive had several unwanted letters and emails pertaining to this Im getting tired of the harassment and my neighbor being a nuisance
