I dont want to come off negative but this property has been nothing but a negative experience First Moving into the property there were so many issues that management either failed to fixed or took FOREVER to resolve For the first 6 10 months we had to go without heat or AC I had to buy my own space heater during the winter months and buy after comforters to stay warm During the summer time the AC was never fixed up until near the end of July of 2021 So I had endure months of hot days in the apartment while getting poor responses and resolves from management The water pressure from the shower to the kitchen was atrocious there are bad patch and paint jobs throughout the apartment Parking is terrible because there are so many people that park in the lot that dont live herennThe only positive thing I have to say about the place is that the area is ok When bringing these issues up to the property management team it always seem like we are annoying or being problematic I have a two bedroom apartment here and was paying 1165 per month excluding utilities For the amount of money that is paid you would think that it would come with a proper management team better maintenance and appearance and better treatment Instead I have been made to feel like I am beneath someone whenever I am addressednnIf you dont have any other options for your living situation then do what you have to do If you have other options or are on the fence about living here DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Please keep looking I am pretty sure you will so much better in this neighborhood I am moving out by the end of august and I am never looking back

I was working on the roof of this building I was told there were 2 ways to get down to your work vehicle the other way was easier so I decided to check it out I approached the door to the building and the breathing problems kick in with a twist of uncontrollable crying rite away i felt a whole lot of death in front of me I open the door slowly just too start getting dizzy Im losing my balance and crying moremore as I push myself to freakin hurry this up I reach the other door to the main hallway i open it now all I feel is im falling back into my coworkers arms and then dropping to my knees I had to sit there for a moment too calm down and explain to my coworker what was going on in my world till I was ready to walk through the narrow hall of death I can tell rite away if its a new deathdead spot compared to a lengthy passing Meanwhile as im trying to calm down sitting in the doorway I cant help but hear a large group of women screaming in all I can describe is agonizing pain Now Im starting to panic overwhelmed Those moments are so difficult to handle hearing if im not ready i explained to My coworker that he had no choice but to help me walk through this complete mess I made of myself to end this horrific way back down nI will never forget that day Either will my coworkernnPs I asked the front desk about the history of the building and I learned that this place was a shelter for battered womenand most employees avoided the basement after going down there just once I was also told a man passed away on the 7th floor a few days ago that very same floor where you all just learned about that day i decidedto take the easywaydown
