I lived here for several years These apartments are the only inexpensive place to live in Upper Saint Clair My experiences here were mostly positive Staff is nice Maintenance guy is competent and prompt These are not luxury apartments but are otherwise clean decently spacious and the price is right

I live in a nonsmoking building however My floor smells like a smoke factory and my neighbors smoke inside their apartments all the time I can smell it constantly right through the walls I am told their is nothing that can be done unless they are caught in the act Everyone can smell it when they go into their apartments I Have lived their for four years and 2021-12-04T15:28:49Z
I live in a nonsmoking building however My floor smells like a smoke factory and my neighbors smoke inside their apartments all the time I can smell it constantly right through the walls I am told their is nothing that can be done unless they are caught in the act Everyone can smell it when they go into their apartments I Have lived their for four years and in the last 2 years it has gone done hill It looks like a dump their is no place in the lobby for a senior who has walking or standing issues to sit and wait on a ride Or even wait to speak to the RSC It is cold and barren looking as you walk into the lobby Nothing feeling homey The colors they have chosen for the walls are horrible Red Put in a soft Blue calming and serene more neutralnnThe only positive I can say is they have hired a fantastic RSC And its close to everything more ... hide ...
