Hello fellow viewers I would like to express my satisfaction in my recent move to the Roosevelt building I work within the city as well as my fianc who is an adjunct instructor at Point Park University We had been apartment searching for quite some time and recently found a couple of apartments that interested us one of them being the Roosevelt building Out of the three 3 different apartment buildings we toured we took a liking to Roosevelt because of its calm and welcoming environment We met the leasing agent who was extremely professional friendly and answered all of our questions at the time of our tour The views are great the rooms are cozy and the maintenance is always readily available if ever something needs repaired I would recommend the Roosevelt building to anyone who is a teacher health care worker or works in the downtown area It is an extremely convenient location to all attractions hospitals and universities so that was a plus for us If anyone is interested in a newly renovated one bedroom apartment then come check it out I have already recommended it to some of my friends who have also recently moved in and are satisfied living here too so far Thanks for taking the time to read this good luck apartment hunting more ... hide ...

They used to have this really great maintenance man and I do believe he quit a few months ago ever since then the holes are not swept the lobby floors are a mess you can see it going downhill its a lot of work for one person but I just cannot believe how filthy it looks now I would have to think twice before I put my parents in there

This place is horrible The residents are nasty ignorant terrorist foul mouth people I am amazed that people that age STILL BULLY OTHER PEOPLE Certain residents go out of their way to terrorize other residents not to mention they FOLLOW NO RULES and no action is taken when staff learns of the disturbances and annoyances from these people so they keep doing i 2019-05-17T01:08:04Z
