Ive lived here for almost two years It was good for me for the first six months and then my problems started The people here are great They have a counsel that provides social events in the community room There is a laundry room and a community kitchen It is a very social place with a garden in the middle of the building to enjoy or barBQnnThe biggest problem I have here which is making me look for another place to live is that chemical fumes come through my walls and used to come out my vents but now are coming in through bedroom and kitchen I have called the police in West Chester but they have assured me there is no drug makingdealing going onnnThat is all well and good except that they have never really checked that out They have simply told me that older people dont make drugs So I am suffering almost everyday with chemical fumes coming in at all hours Sometimes in the day but many times late at night or early mornings I have also witnessed other things that tell me differently than what the police have statednnI went to the hospital 6 times last year for breathing problems due to fumes coming into my apt My doctors tell me to move but its so very hard to find a decent low income place for seniors I am on the waiting list for the Mary Taylor but havent heard anything from them Others in this building are tormented with chemical fumes and some with cigarette second hand smoke that comes from apts Those people are illegally smoking in their units Some are just selfish and dont care about others Management does nothing about the problem Some people are suffering from both fumes and second hand smokennI did report the chemical fumes to the housing authority but they said it wasnt their problem and I should go to management Well that proved a waste of my time They did nothing to stop it We have inspectors come but everyone is warned long before the inspectors arrive and we have never had any one come and test the air for chemicals only mold and dustnnSo here I am still living in this building but so wishing to move to a better place even though I have made some really good friends that I will so miss If there were no chemical fumes tormenting me this would be a great place to live more ... hide ...

Absolute terrible communication Was about to send out a check to my previous apartment complex for their ERAP program to help prevent our eviction but they closed the program and never sent the check without telling us days before the scheduled eviction Worked with them for months playing email and phone tag too Had our apartment expecting a check to be sent 2022-11-29T21:58:12Z
Absolute terrible communication Was about to send out a check to my previous apartment complex for their ERAP program to help prevent our eviction but they closed the program and never sent the check without telling us days before the scheduled eviction Worked with them for months playing email and phone tag too Had our apartment expecting a check to be sent out forms signed and allnLeft myself pregnant and my toddler with a genetic disease to be out on the street Im grateful for Covid ERAP programs to exist but I will never find forgiveness for the laziness to cut the program and give no contact or warning days before even if they ever explained themselves Heartless if you ask me Nothing that could be said could fix the damage that was caused by lack of communication and basic human decency Do not rely on these people to prevent or help you with your situation Especially if your rep is Ceirra She will make you play phone tag Call 211 and ask for a transfer if youre referred Regardless if they cut one program who knows what they could do for your situation Good luck to whoever is reading this and I hope you get on your feet more ... hide ...

This has been one of my favorite places I have ever lived I have only been here for a month and everything I wanted out of this apartment I received The grounds are very maintained and quite pleasing to the eye The location is perfect for needing anything you want WAWA being right across the street is a plus Its only a few minutes away from downtown West Chester and only about 25 minutes from King of Prussia mallnnThe apartment itself is beautifully renovated with all the latest appliances And the ceilings are very high The residents are very friendly and extremely quiet Its hard to tell if the walls are very thick or the neighbors are quiet or both The only time I hear my upstairs neighbors is when they are in their kitchen open their front door and when they are on their patios Otherwise I never hear anything past 9pmnnThe staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive Anytime I need something changed or fixed within a day Im contactednnNot going to lie I was a bit nervous with all of the negative reviews I read as I toured this apartment virtually But after being here for a month I realized these reviews may be fake or those people are a bunch of cry babies If youre looking for a nice safe and quiet apartment in a good area This is the place for you If youre looking to save money and wanting to have ragers in your apartment this is not the place for you more ... hide ...

I cant even REACH them I filled out the online application but it wouldnt go through Then I tried calling but the computer just kept saying that it couldnt hear me This was a VERY frustrating experience
