My case worker RBreanna Dawes never responded my phone calls and emails I miss one paper but she didnt let me know and instead of that I got an email at July 12 at 1057 pm saying that my case was denied Next morning I called the office and they said my case was still open I sent the paper the paper Ithat was missing I sentnbut she never responded I call the office to say that I send the paper In July 18 I sent her the same paper again and also cal office to make sure she got the email to reach her out to call me back and she call me at 5pm it was like the office was empty and she did that to pretend she was solving the problem and I cant hear her in the other line she was quiet so I sent email again and call from my daughter phone she answer but was quiet again and nobody talk than she send me an email saying the problem was in the phone and after that she sent another email to me to say that my case was denied and the reason was other this is not my fault that the line doesnt work and its not my fault they didnt contact to try solving the problem I called next day in July 19 to the office and they said my case is closed because they dont have comunication She got my paper in July 15 and 18 and didnt upload it and instead of that she close my case saying she had no comunication with me more ... hide ...
