I submitted an application to this facility several months ago I have had absolutely no communication from them I called to ask if my application was received and was told I havent sent out letters yet by the person I spoke to What letters Would be nice to hear something If this is an indication of how this facility is run its very poor not to mention unpro

I submitted an application to this facility several months ago I have had absolutely no communication from them I called to ask if my application was received and was told I havent sent out letters yet by the person I spoke to What letters Would be nice to hear something If this is an indication of how this facility is run its very poor not to mention unprofessional I have friends who reside in other housing they have never experienced this type of treatment At this point Im disgusted and get the feeling that the management at Esmond Village could care less
