Horrible Communication is horrible Due to the COVID 19 pandemic they sent out a letter to residents saying that if you pay with a money order that the offices will be closed and that rent will not be collected until further notice My brother lives there and is on SSI and he kept his rent for April for almost 2 months and they still have not asked for it They 2020-09-12T08:10:17Z
Horrible Communication is horrible Due to the COVID 19 pandemic they sent out a letter to residents saying that if you pay with a money order that the offices will be closed and that rent will not be collected until further notice My brother lives there and is on SSI and he kept his rent for April for almost 2 months and they still have not asked for it They send him a letter in August asking for August 2020 rent which he paid but now are saying that he owes for April 2020 and he had to pay by Sept 14th 2020 Which is a VERY short notice for someone who only gets paid once a month He pays his rent on time every single month except for that one month where they were not collecting it Unfortunately it will have to be paid because he needs somewhere to live regardless of how much of a financial strain they put on him in such short noticennIt would of been nice if the office sent out a notice stating when the rent for April 2020 would be collected before late notices start arriving in his mail box more ... hide ...

The rent is on the fair side since it does offer nice amenities Management responds quickly to maintenance request The property is beautifully maintained I plan to renew my lease once the time comes to it

The Manager who is the so call incompetent wanna be manager who is rude ignorant does not care about anyone but herself allowing drugs in here people dying in the parking lot ignores the fact that theres MOLD growing in every building stairs are rotted people falling through them also dirty needles in the play ground where kids play Not to mention the Infestation with Ratscockroaches spiders and antsplus maintenance leaves the place filthy dirty they NEVER CLEAN If you have a complaint about your neighbor she ignores it tells you to call the authorities you have peeping toms looking in your window she hires incompetent maintenance workers who show up at your house drunk trying to fix your heater but cant fix it till the morning cause they dont have a clue how to fix it so they try to send someone who may have a clue so they leave you without heat when its freezing out the place needs paintrugs etc When you have mold in your apartment they just paint over it so lame And she loves towing cars knowing people here are low income cause she gets a kick back out of it Not to mention shes fraud she writes in numbers to make your rent higher and collects the money on youSo my advice to everyone and anyone DO NOT MOVE IN HERE run as fast as you can have a nice day more ... hide ...
