West Warwick housing acting derector allows smokers to smoke in the building the lobby and smoke less than 50ftfrom the buildingThis has been brought to him in several complaints us as tenents have breathing problems have to breathe this in every day and the authoritys derector and manager does not adress these problems I believe there is laws about how far
