I would rate 0 stars but I had to put 1 star to be able to post I was sent a letter in April 2022 for an offer I accepted the offer and went in the office May 3rd 2022 to sign paperwork and so they could tell me how much my rent was going to be my move in date on my paperwork was June 30 2022 Here it is August 20 2022 and the unit is STILL not ready It

I would rate 0 stars but I had to put 1 star to be able to post I was sent a letter in April 2022 for an offer I accepted the offer and went in the office May 3rd 2022 to sign paperwork and so they could tell me how much my rent was going to be my move in date on my paperwork was June 30 2022 Here it is August 20 2022 and the unit is STILL not ready Its still in maintenance status How has it been 3 12 months and the unit is still not available I have called multiple times and no one has done anything I even got another letter in the mail offering me another unit and I called to accept it and they told me I had got that letter in error and disregard it I need help I dont understand why nobody has done ANYTHING to get this unit available Its crazy But the people that work there are absolutely no help and when I call I get nothing but an attitude at this point

Everyone was so nice and they even offered me ice cream while I toured Cute older property with a ton of potential and fair prices Although I decided to lease elsewhere because I found something closer to my job Aster Place was a very close second based largely on the people that I met and interacted with I have never had so much fun on a tour Even with the restrictions imposed by COVID I was still able to tour with a staff member who showed me their models You could really tell that everyone who works here takes pride in their job and have so much passion for the property If I had to say a negative it would be that the community is a little dated driving in The interior of the apartments are really nice but the outside could use some love

If I could give zero stars I would They charge 300 a month in HOA fees We have a nonexisting tennis court and they decided to eliminate half of the dumpsters and put them in all in one spot genius Trash is constantly overflowing and nothing gets done when you talk to them Just wait for the best part they decide to constantly hassle you about small things whe
