5 year resident here 3 stars since I know the complex has new owners and wont get everything correct the first time around However they need to work on answering the phones responding to voice messages as well as emails Communication Communication Communication Many residents have been displaced many of whom have been veterans on a fixed income because of course they have to keep up with the market and no longer accept VASH I was due to renew my lease at the start of the year I did that but when I requested a copy it wasnt available It was always let me call you back I didnt get an answer until 2 months later They didnt renew because there was a balance on my account If that was the case why wasnt that said when I first inquired about it A balance was created because they failed to apply payments to my account The only way that I was aware my lease wasnt renewed is because they actually took the time to call me to see when Id be paying my past due balance of a 200 month to month fee and 100 late fee Had no Knowledge that Id be automatically placed on month to month especially since I had been Inquiring about the lease I had already signed Not a call or letter Not all apartments have been renovated so dont get your hopes up thinking youre getting some updated mold and roach free space There is a monthly fee for exterminating which I dont mind but these apartments should be treated just as much as the lawn is maintained In the 6 months since the property was sold my apartment has been treated once A walk throughphotos was done to note any deficiencies but it was all for show because no one ever came back to do any repairs of any sort The place has potential Okay thats all for now This review is not in reference to the 1000 giveaway People just need an honest review more ... hide ...

I have been living in the apartments since Nov 2021 This is by far the worst place i have lived in since moving to Columbia I have had water coming from my ceiling for a month My air has been broken since April and it is now July the summer will be over soon I have mice and roaches coming threw my vents from the upstairs apartment i go to the office faithful 2022-07-14T03:31:07Z
I have been living in the apartments since Nov 2021 This is by far the worst place i have lived in since moving to Columbia I have had water coming from my ceiling for a month My air has been broken since April and it is now July the summer will be over soon I have mice and roaches coming threw my vents from the upstairs apartment i go to the office faithfully every week for them to feed me lie after lie There are always getting my rental payment wrong and i have to go and take all receipts only for them to mess it again the next month I do not see me renewing my lease I give them no stars because they dont care nor are they even trying This review is not going to mean anything because they will never be a decent company then in order to post i have to give one but trust its not because i want to worstplacetolive notworthtomoney dobetter more ... hide ...
