I actually still live here It is the worst The apartment themselves are not so bad That have decent space and the rent is really not that bad Management and maintenance is the absolute worst The month after I moved here they raised the rent 15 dollars due to the increased cost of grounds maintenance What maintenance Ninetyfive percent of the sidewalk lights are broken andor without bulbs You can only use the pool when they remember to clean it or if one of their daughters want to go swimming Other than that its hit and miss as to when its open The roach problem is ridiculous When the exterminator pops up around every two or three months the situation becomes worst And what exterminator comes in a van with no logo or a business card left in case you want to use their services more than every three months There are so many faulty electrical outlets that its always a game trying to figure out which one works And lets talk about what happens when it rains It also rains in the bathroom from the vent above the toilet And it rains in the storage shed from the hole in the roof then the water drains into my apartment causing flooding in the living room I have written management about these leaks since October of 2012 I recently had to threaten to file a complaint with the Magistrate just to get the landlord to come look at the apartment They talk to you like your uneducated and illiterate Im not saying dont stay here Just be aware that if there is something that needs fixing you will have to wait months for it to be taken care of Why because the landlord has a second job that takes priority over his management duties and Jack Hartley will tell you as much Its hard to leave when youre trying to get on your feet and the school I attend is directly across the street I should have done my research before I moved here but I was in a hurry when I moved from out of state and there wasnt much I could do about Im stuck for another 6months to a year The good thing is the lease is month to month more ... hide ...

The office staff is great with positive attitudes and gets the job done The maintenance is on point and came out in a fastly manner and resolved any problems quickly Neighbors are friendly and peaceful Apartments are beautiful and big inside

Unfortunately my daughter lives here Never given a mailbox key was told they would be replaced Four months later still no key One day her box was opened and all her packages were gone She was told they were going to change the lock after that She still hasnt heard anythingnThey brought the refrigerator in with roaches inside She was told to kill them they will call an exterminator the next day Took 3 months to get eyes for her stove Her double laundry door was off track They took 1 door off never brought it back They want rent paid in full every month but take their time fixing issues and rarely communicate backnI am adding to my recent review Now the residents can only pay the rent online with a convenience fee of 2663 That is ridiculous and a rip off So im guessing if u cant pay that fee eventually you will be evicted I hope my review will give the next person a heads up and rethink renting these apartments more ... hide ...
