I wish I could give 0 starsnIve been here for 2 months and all I can say is that everything is unprofessional about this place Management doesnt know how to deal with their tenants When you put a service request in for an issue no one will respond unless you are a nuisance or you call the landlord Im always being told about a problem in another apartment and 2019-01-17T03:35:28Z
I wish I could give 0 starsnIve been here for 2 months and all I can say is that everything is unprofessional about this place Management doesnt know how to deal with their tenants When you put a service request in for an issue no one will respond unless you are a nuisance or you call the landlord Im always being told about a problem in another apartment and never given a time of when our apartment will be handled When I moved into my apartment like someone mentioned in their review the apartment is big but dirty Most of the appliances were not in good working condition The dishwasher wont drain garbage disposal leaks water that leaks to the floor as seen in picture the refrigerator broke down and had to be replaced the front stove coils burned out and had to be replaced tub leaks water heater had to be replaced water doesnt stay hot for more than 10mins probabaly because of the leak weve reported and electric outlets are loose All these problems were told to maintenance more than once and were still waiting for some assistance Ive never in my life lived somewhere had to deal with so many issues but yet were required to still pay rent Crazy more ... hide ...

Roaches rate increases and rude If youre looking for a place of value and where youll be comfortable keep looking The faces in the office have changed 4 times in the last two years I personally had an experience where I received two different rent notices one telling me my rate would not change and another telling me it would be increasing When I emailed Kaitlyn to get a better understanding she said everyone was getting a rate increase due to market value apartments have not been renovated since the 80s this was fall 2020 yet when I spoke with my neighbor about it she was told by Kaitlyn that is was a mistake and rent would not be increasing I have spoke to a couple of individuals who moved in and out in less than a month due to a roach infestation in building 7 Said tenant gave me a walk through of her apartment which was not cleaned prior to her moving in had mold in the freezer and dead roaches in the pantry A car wash is one of the few amenities that are included with living at Windsor Shores unfortunately its been a year since the vacuum has worked and a year since there has been a water hose at the car wash There is no longer a courtesy officer on the property or cameras Maybe its because of frequent management changes that causes the employees to lack empathy honesty and professionalism when it comes to the concerns of the residents of Windsor Shores more ... hide ...

I went to the place today to go and try and put in an application there was nobody there to answer any questions for me or for me to put in application but when I called on the phone the day before yesterday a man answered the phone and acted as if somebody was always in the office and I can put in an application any day of the week as long as I do it before 2022-11-09T16:21:04Z
