Security issues Management will not make necessary upgradesnwhen repeated repairs for over three years are to no avail leaving this senior population vulnerablennThe key fob system needs to be replaced Residents are sometimes locked out of their own resident because the door scanner does not read their keyfob when entry is attempted The property manager is rarely onsite as she works multiple properties for the company so the residents have to knock on windows or wait until someone happens to come out to let them back innnHuge inconvenience when you are standing outside the door with bags of groceries you are disabled using an ambulatory device and went outside for a few minutes to get some fresh air andor you are standing out there alone at night Spend the money and replace your door entry systemnnThe company had a property manager onsite five days a week in the first few years of the property opening but now that they are at or near 100 occupancy they do not see a need to have someone there daily to service the existing residents For the past few years the property manager is only there 23 days a week and gone by 430 pm Hours not conducive for some seniors 55 that still work and get home after 5 pm more ... hide ...

They are so unprofessional they dont care about us that live here they treat you like trash I tried my best to contact the main office they even ignore you This is just sad I wouldnt recommend ANYBODY to live here Nice apartment but carless unprofessional management

I moved into regent park apartment in December of 2018 In July 2019 I noticed a mold like substance on two bar stools in the dining room area of my home I took pictures and contacted management The manager at the time came in to inspect the unit and gave me a dehumidifier but the unit was not actually treated for the mold until about a month later By that ti 2019-12-09T19:59:55Z
I moved into regent park apartment in December of 2018 In July 2019 I noticed a mold like substance on two bar stools in the dining room area of my home I took pictures and contacted management The manager at the time came in to inspect the unit and gave me a dehumidifier but the unit was not actually treated for the mold until about a month later By that time the mold spread to my couches my bed and all my bedroom furniture which might I mention had to eventually all be thrown out I contact management again on 08282019 and unbeknownst the previous manager quit so my complaint was to no avail I sent a follow up email on 09132019 and again on 09262019 with no response I sent yet another follow up email on 10092019 a finally got a response from the current manager stating that they were ready to move me to a new unit I finally moved into my new unit about a week and a half later When I asked if there would be any compensation for the furniture that has been ruined due to the mold they said take it up with your renters insurance needless to say there was no financial compensation or empathy at the very least I recently called corporate and spoke with Courtney in regards to a late fee that was suddenly changed from 35 to 75 without any notification to the residents When asked when the change took effect she said I dont know someone in corporate decided to do it She then became extremely rude and unprofessional and said what is it that you dont understand so I requested to speak with a supervisor as I felt she could not adequately explain when and why this change took place she stated Ill have someone call you and hung up in my face The management is extremely unprofessional and unorganized and I would not recommend anyone to stay here more ... hide ...

Dont move here Unprofessional rude staff that stays locked in the office all day sends residents false notices that they owe balances when they dont and when asked why they say its a computer glitch Refuses to let residents access computers on site poor building conditionsetc
