Absolute Horrible ExperiencennStaff seemed polite at first but too many times did I feel like I was talking to a brick wall Total silences in conversation and not actually engaging with what is being saidnnCost of a 1 bedroom went from 625 to 690 then finally 770 as they said they were renovating but kept raising the lease payment details I have no idea what tenants are paying on average since some are moving to renovated apartments and leaving their old rentals behindnnThey do not have any whirlpool bath tubs in their 1 bedroom apartments The front woman Ms Jessica knew very little about what units were available what was being renovated or what units had what style combinations Or at the very least that was information she would rather not sharennIt almost took a month to get an apartment and a whole other month to see if they would have any available downstairs unitsnnVery unresponsive to this day their mailbox is full and I havent gotten one email confirmation Dont hold your breath waiting for them to contact you spam calling is the only way I ever got to talk to themnnThey threw out my co applicants application and told me this over the phone when I had just been to their office earlier I had to reach out because the only incoming calls I have received from them have been in relation to covering their own butts so not many Why in the world someone who needs a coapplicant to qualify ask the office staff to have that coapplicants application thrown out is beyond me and insults my intelligence They said that I could get my coapplicant to reapply pay for a new nonrefund app which is a slap in the face since I never asked them to do something like that in the first place I wasnt going to pay for 3 applications in the span of 3 months waiting for something to possibly come availablennA woman from their office The Property Manager offered me an available unit which to me means that they had had available units and were being evasive with me personally so I declined because everything was so messy I would never want to continue an established relationship like that for a whole year let alone 6 monthsnnI would not recommend these apartments as a first time experience unless you are knowledgeable of the rental process and are willing to hold the staffs feet to the fire Document everything more ... hide ...

Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Weve been without Air Condition in the HEAT of the summer for about 3 weeks now without any known ETA on when the issue would be resolved Ive called and left voicemails on numerous occasions that went unreturned I literally had to rush home to talk to someone physically which is totally UNPROFESSIONAL Being that heat rises and were on the top floor our apt has reached temperatures in excess of 90 degrees Theyve never offered an alternative solution as far as portable units industrial fans etc All they could say was that theyre working on orders in which they receive them but i guess this is NONESSENTIAL Property Management of this establishment needs to do something about this because at this point its deemed UNLIVEABLE Ive been a resident here for over 15 years which is ENTIRELY TOO LONG but its NEVER BEEN THIS BAD SO ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS IF YOU WERE LOOKING TO POSSIBLY INQUIRE ABOUT LIVING HERE DO NOT Just utterly RIDICULOUS more ... hide ...

Management is horrible they dont fix anything and the young lady at the office is never there and when she is her attitude is horrible She lies horribly about fixes that needs to be made they were contact November of 2021 about a ceiling leak and the kitchen light not working because of this and we were basically told that its not important enough to be fixe 2022-01-24T16:50:50Z

Remember growing up here not sure its worth the 4 stars But as a kid I had that much fun
