My husband and I got married five months ago We were living in his Bachelor pad It was a one bedroom and not big enough So we talked to the ladies in the office and ended up getting a 2 bedroom We finally got moved in and I love the 2 bedroom Mrs Linda in the office was super nice she listened to me about what I wanted in the apartment I have my pantry that 2019-10-10T21:49:33Z

Well I stayed with someone who lives here for a couple weeks and I filled out an application to get an apartment but I guess since I stay to myself and dont do drugs or anything like that Im not the kind of tenant they are looking for

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY This place is a DUMP I have had NUMEROUS complaints and havent gotten them resolved When I moved here my upstairs toliet was leaking into my downstairs bathroom and causing the ceiling to have water damage I put in a maintenance request 6 months ago and the issue still isnt resolved The office staff was better when Jessica wor 2018-01-29T19:14:39Z
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY This place is a DUMP I have had NUMEROUS complaints and havent gotten them resolved When I moved here my upstairs toliet was leaking into my downstairs bathroom and causing the ceiling to have water damage I put in a maintenance request 6 months ago and the issue still isnt resolved The office staff was better when Jessica worked there but the current office staff is beyond rude If you come into the office with any concerns Sandy will nonchalantly write things down on her notepad and say things will be fixed in a couple days but no one shows up I work night shift so I am home during the day I have been home when the staff will just enter your apartment without giving some kind of notice first My mailbox has been broken since day 1 everytime I go into the office I mention but do you think its been fixed No This place is a trash dump If you like sweating your ass off upstairs because they REFUSE to fix the insulation so the AC can circulate upstairs then move here PS Dont forget to roll your trashcans back or they will charge you an extra fee Did I mention the 100 late fee they charge if your rent is latennSincerely Paying To Live In A Trash Dump more ... hide ...

Moved in April 21st toilet wasnt working Called manager April 24th and was told someone will come out to fix it Today is June 16th and my toilet is still broken The second toilet has a bad leak that I told them about 3 weeks ago and that isnt fixed yet either Will be reporting them Finally came to fix it June 19th at 7pm after calling and stopping by the off 2017-06-20T13:11:41Z
