This complex is located in the 12 bus route and is across the street from family dollar taco bell and a gas station Theres an atm sub shop Mexican restaurant and soul food place next door The owners do a pretty good job on the maintenance and landscaping This place has an amazing courtyard with grill area and even a nice pool For the location and value i giv 2020-12-11T21:00:15Z

Very poor aparments these supposedly renovated apartments do not have laundry they only have a single bathroom with old and faded bathtubs the apartment has very poor quality drywall repairs and most of the doors need to be closed with excessive force there is no pest control and the apartments are flooded with cockroaches the management of these apartments 2023-01-10T22:20:56Z
Very poor aparments these supposedly renovated apartments do not have laundry they only have a single bathroom with old and faded bathtubs the apartment has very poor quality drywall repairs and most of the doors need to be closed with excessive force there is no pest control and the apartments are flooded with cockroaches the management of these apartments is accompanied by a rude and unprofessional secretary These apartments do not provide you with a mailbox key and when you request it they do not give it to you I have been waiting for 10 months for my mailbox key that I requested from management I do not recommend these apartments to anyone The rent is around 1500 with water and electricity apart from what is spent on a laundry service more ... hide ...

ABSOLUTELY WORST MANAGEMENT EVER I came in yesterday they had No consideration for my feelings or my situation Told the manager that I was basically homeless and I needed a place to live and I have all the money to hold an apt she told me she had a one bedroom available in that if I came back with my money orders and my social and my drivers license that I could hold the apartment I came back 30 minutes later and she didnt even have the audacity to call me and at least tell me she leased it out to someone else who came after me so not only does she waste my time but I had to wait 24 hours just to cash my money order I made for the apartment that I needed so now I have to look elsewhere after the whole fact she wasted my time and I could have been just looking for somewhere else to go she was giving me the runaround and this isnt the first time I have came here to that apartment complex and she is giving me the runaround so definitely the worst management ever I dont recommend this place to no one because of my experience I have been trying to get a place here since January and its the same BS that she puts me through every single time more ... hide ...

I am the founder of a local charity and I tried calling them twice to offer supplies and resources to their residents I was hung up on twice One time and I will excuse it as a bad connections but twice and it is on purpose If this is indicative of how they treat their residents I feel badly for their residents
