I thought that the office staff was very helpful She showed empathy and symapthy and was patient throughout the paperwork process I highly recommend to get on the waiting list and it is worth the wait

Resident from November 2012nto June 2015nnI lived in Parkway Village Apartments for 25 years personally I would not recommend this hell hole to the poorest of the poor Being a Parkway resident was like taking a long train ride on the HotMess Express I have had thee most issues while living here Plumbing issues several water leaks including one so severe it flooded my whole bedroom ruined my furniture and personal property another water leak causing my hallway to flood maintence hardly came in a timely manor when they did come Id steady be getting charged for natural wear and tear just to name a few of my maintenance experiences As far as my neighbors lets just say I was the only white person in my building The first night I moved in there was a brawl of 30 in the parking lot where I believe one was shot There was always a lot of arguing fighting loud music one particular neighbor would smoke marijuana out in the breezeways quite often There was no shortage of crime here despite the previous review My apartment was broken into not once but TWICE where my electronics were stolen On another occasion my car was vandalized as well where my trunk was broken into and stereo system was stolen and another occasion where my license plate tag was stolen off my vehicle as well But in the end I was the only one to be reprimanded because obviously Id have to have police contact due to these issues which was apparently a lease violation Moving on to the staff The staff Ms Carolyn Allen hired when she assumed the position of property manager are completely underqualified quite rude not limited to the young lady at the front desk Ms Taylor who called the Department of Social Services on me with accusations that my children have no proper bedding because at first my newborn hated her bassinette would only sleep sitting up in her car seat But knowing that complaint was non significant she falsely accused me of doing drugs beating my children not having food in the house etc to have DSS involved which a case worker did come out to investigate and saw the allegations were clearly bogus and quickly closed my case But the fact that that employee lied out of spite tried to have my children taken away under false pretenses quite frankly still pisses this momma bear off to this day Im so glad to be out of there now residing in a larger home with a huge yard but most importantly far away from the ill mannered residents and disgraceful staff of Parkway Village more ... hide ...

Very old and out datedlived there three years watched it gone down hill Management was horrible The elderly were bullied No airconditioning most of the time I went every summer for three months at a time with no air except for a portable sitting in my living room There is black mold in the airs So much to tellbut it finally happen and the corporate office 2019-05-19T23:23:53Z

Trying to return a phone call there but I dont get any answer Its is different set up then before Congrats on finishing the updates to the apartments They were all ready really nice apartments with the up grades I am sure they look fabulous Still waiting to hear back on the waiting list I am excited to hope to be back living there once againI read the art 2022-02-25T11:16:59Z
Trying to return a phone call there but I dont get any answer Its is different set up then before Congrats on finishing the updates to the apartments They were all ready really nice apartments with the up grades I am sure they look fabulous Still waiting to hear back on the waiting list I am excited to hope to be back living there once againI read the article on the updates via Facebook I am not sure where some of the reviews are stating roach infested but I know when I lived there we always had a spray service never did I have a problem Id you dont keep your apartments clean dont take out trash then maybe you might be causing the issues yourself There are dumpster everywhere no reason to not take out ones trash I just know I was number 11 on the list that was like 2 years agoI did get a call from Vanesea but I understand she isnt there anymore Anyway I will just keep checking back again Congrats on the remodeling Have a bless day all stay safe more ... hide ...
