Apartment air went out was out for months due to not having maintenance Bathroom was filled with mold and they did nothing about it Air unit leaked in closet had to put cooler under it to catch water Playground is run down They are nicely sized but need a lot of work done to them Shouldnt be income based the way the economy is set up
