Quail Hollow is the worse place I have ever lived in my life They are infested with roaches and rodents My hot water heater flooded my apartment twice On top of that I am sitting right now looking at a snake that slithered right under my closed front door Theres always a fight or someone shooting in the back of the apartments The new manager name Shandra P J

Quail Hollow is the worse place I have ever lived in my life They are infested with roaches and rodents My hot water heater flooded my apartment twice On top of that I am sitting right now looking at a snake that slithered right under my closed front door Theres always a fight or someone shooting in the back of the apartments The new manager name Shandra P Johnson is nasty unprofessional inconsiderate and gossips about the residents in front of staff and other tenants She feels as if someone owes her something and we should be glad she allowed us to live here She doesnt feel that the tenants deserve air conditioning and water because as she says when I was coming up we didnt have ac and I had to walk and get my own water If youre looking for somewhere to live I promise you dont want to live here If you like not having running water for days at a time then this is for you Theres also a tenant in the A building who throws used sanitary napkins and tampons over the balcony onto the ground and nothing has been done about that Kadeedra Elkins is a sweetheart and about the only good thing about this place If you enjoy rodents roaches and snakes living with you then this might be your place Lets not forget the overgrown mold and mildew that they paint over and patch up
