I haved lived here over a yr The value is unbeatable but there are loud neibors at times and maintenance issues are not fixed in a timely manor and some not at all The office hrs are scarce And the amenities are dismul Also parking can at times be a battle for spots But they are overall nice place

I lived here in 2013 and when I left I turned in a 30 notice but 2 years later I get a letter stating I owe them 42600 cause I didnt turn in a notice But the management that was there when I left was no longer with them well I dont know what she did with it But on top of that the management they have now is never in the office and dont return any calls cause 2019-12-23T18:50:26Z

Everything was fine up until the third shift came I was calling for over 30 minutes and with no answer Seems like she is falling asleep rather than answering calls I needed a room for a week but no answer so I guess Ill go somewhere else
